PortCoin (PTC) is the first cryptocurrency officially authorized by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, created on a blockchain basis.
PortCoin is a product developed under the Special Regulatory Regime (Sandbox) of the Central Bank, licensed by the Central Bank as an Electronic Money Organization (License EPT-0005, July 8, 2024) through Portmanat (Mobile Payment Solutions LLC).
